Brothers and Sisters,
We are very pleased to be able to offer to our membership the ability to purchase a memorial
brick to honor the life’s work of our deceased Brothers and Sisters.
The Officers and Staff are very proud of this Memorial park. Those members who have seen the park
are equally pleased to see that Local #43 honors their deceased members. If you have not yet seen this
beautiful park, please make an effort to stop by the Union Hall and take a look at a tribute to those
who have made our union great.
If you would like to honor a Brother or Sister who is no longer with us, please call the union office to
request an order form or go to: Towsley Memorial Park
Fraternally,
Alan Marzullo

Retiree Health Care Premium Reimbursement - Effective July 1,2020

that will allow you to receive your monthly Local 43 Healthcare Premium Reimbursement, and any other reimbursement, from your
Health Reimbursement Account, via direct deposit with your bank or other financial institution.
Here’s reason why to choose this direct deposit method:
- You eliminate submitting an HRA Claim Form to UMR for Healthcare Premium Reimbursement..
- Payments are electronically transferred directly to your bank, avoiding delays in the mail service.
- You do not have to worry about depositing your bank check since it will automatically be in your bank account.
This saves you a trip to the bank and ensures that the check is deposited even when you are out of town.
- You have the flexibility to change your bank information.
Please contact the Fund Office at (315) 474-5729 if you have questions or if you wish to elect this service.
