CURRENT NEWS

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The International Office of IBEW has issued an initiative to have its membership attend PAL Training, which is short for Politics, Activism, Livelihood. Its purpose is to educate and empower members to protect their wages, agreements, and overall livelihood through active engagement in civic and legislative processes.

This training emphasizes:

  • Focus: Safeguarding members’ economic interests through informed advocacy and involvement.

  • Goal: : Ensuring members have a meaningful voice in decisions that affect their work and quality of life.

  • Method: Equipping members with the tools and knowledge to support candidates and policies that align with our organization’s values and priorities.

  • Topics: Exploring how civic engagement supports broader union goals, including collective bargaining and community partnerships.

By participating in this training and staying engaged, we strengthen our ability to advocate for fair wages, safe working conditions, and long-term job security. Member involvement is essential to advancing our shared interests and ensuring our voices are heard.

Your participation is strongly encouraged and is essential for our continued growth. Sign up for one (1) of these four (4) training sessions by calling the union office at 315-422-0435 or email Chris at local43info@ibew43.org

Fraternally,

Alan Marzullo
Business Manager
