The following rules apply to the Re-Sign process. But you are outside of the monthly time period alloted for Re-signs see 1 below.

1. Re-sign is required monthly beginning on the 10th and ending on the 16th of each month. Re-signs are ONLY accepted between the 10th at 12:00 AM and the 16th until 11:59 PM of each month.
2. Re-sign may be accomplished by using your on-line Referral Portal (click here) Web App, US Mail, Fax or In-person.
3. Re-signs require the following info: name, email address, IBEW Card Number or non union members, a drivers license or government ID.
